About Divine Care Connections

A steady, gentle presence — through every stage of life at home.

Founded by a leader with over 20 years’ experience in adult social care — spanning local authority and housing association environments — Divine Care Connections was built on a simple belief: people flourish best in their own home, surrounded by what they love. We match each client with a small, familiar team of carers so trust can grow naturally — visit by visit.

From an hour a week for companionship, to complex daily support for dementia, palliative or post-hospital recovery — we design care around the person, never the schedule.

“We don’t just deliver tasks — we make small, kind moments possible. A cup of tea remembered. A walk down the garden path. That is care.”
— Founder & Registered Manager
